“A cabernet sauvignon, done differently. In the late 1960s, Detective Frank Serpico famously broke ranks to expose the immense depth of corruption in the NYPD. Like its namesake, Serpico goes against the grain to produce a unique Apassimento method McLaren Vale cabernet sauvignon.”
Handpicked grapes, airdired for up to 8 weeks before crushing creating a wine that is silky, complex and structured.
Dominated by ripe black fruits, subtle herb spices making a deliciously complex wine. Ripe and soft tannins with a ripe acidity to balance out this delicious drop.
