*Friday Functions Conditions:

– Minimum adult guest numbers apply of 20 adult guests for Event Lounge bookings, 30 adult guests for Terrace bookings and 40 adult guests for Heartwood Bar bookings.  Children are welcome in your guest numbers but do not count towards the minimum requirements.

– The Dining Room minimum number of adult guests is 80 Monday to Thursday and 100 Friday

– Promotion is not available for externally catered events
